Died 28th July 1916
aged 27
Frank Milliner, who's parents lived at 30 North Street Milton Regis, worked for Messrs, May and Vinson at Church Farm Milton Before the war. His parents recieved the sad news of his death in the following letter from his company officer:
" It is with deep regret that I have to tell you that your son Private Milliner of my company, was killed in action on the night of july 28th. He died instantly and suffered no pain whatsoever. His loss is keenly felt by myself and the entire company. He was always willing and cheerful and as keen a soldier as one would wish to see. If there is any information that I can give you I shall be very pleased to do so. If you will let me know".
